Returns Policy


Our Return Policy is created to ensure you’re getting everything you want from Basic Terrain. With that said, please read below to process your return.  

We accept regular-priced merchandise in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund within 7 days of delivery date. This means you have 7 days to request your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
 
If merchandise is returned damaged or stained, the return will be shipped back to the customer at the discretion of Basic Terrain.

How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email our customer service team at info@basicterrain.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery date. We will issue you a return shipping label free of charge. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached. Any returns received more than 30 days from delivery date are ineligible for return and will be shipped back to customer without notice.

How long do I have to return something for a full refund?

When will I receive my refund?
We will process refunds within 3-5 business days once we receive your return package. Please allow 5-10 for bank to post the refund on your account. When your refund has been processed, we’ll email you right away and let you know.

What if I received the wrong item?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email our customer service team with your order number and we will promptly send over a free prepaid return label.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Oh no! We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us immediately at info@basicterrain.com. Email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Can I make an exchange?
At the moment, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return your original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
